Our Services and Standards
General Practice
To consult any of our doctors, we now request our patients to make an appointment, on 97831666, or online . This way you are very likely to be seen within ½ hour of walking in. However, making an appointment, does not guarantee being seen at the exact appointed time and there can be delays of up to ½ hour. Of course we will strive to keep our appointments on time.
Telephone Access
GPs in the practice may be contacted during normal surgery hours. If the GP is with a patient, a message will be taken and the reception staff will advise you when it is likely that the GP will be free for you to phone back. Your call will always be put through to the GP in an emergency. If you would like access to our policy in regards to receiving and returning electronic communication, please ask reception.
